1. Promo Period and Eligibility

• Promo Period: The promo runs from July 1 to November 30, 2026.

• The promo is open to all customers who purchase any brand-new Bristol, Kove, Zontes, or QJMotor motorcycle (including both small bikes and big bikes) within the promo period.

• Valid for purchases made at all authorized Bristol branches and dealership stores nationwide.

• Employees of Bristol Motorcycles, its parent company, affiliates, distributors, advertising agencies, and participating dealerships, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
   

2. How to Participate & Raffle Entries

• To qualify for the promo, customers must complete a one-time online registration which will be provided by sales consultant after their new unit is purchased and invoice is issued.

• One (1) valid Sales Invoice is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry. There is no limit to the number of entries a customer can earn, provided each entry corresponds to a distinct, unique motorcycle purchase with its own Sales Invoice.
   

3. The Grand Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a brand-new Zontes 400G motorcycle.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash, discounts, or other products.

• Applicable taxes, insurance, and LTO registration are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

4. Determination of Winners & Raffle Draw

• The grand raffle draw will take place on December 5, 2026, at the Zontes Caloocan Showroom.

• The draw will be conducted electronically (Wheel of Names) in the presence of a DTI representative and Bristol Motorcycles authorized representatives.

• A participant can only win once.

 

5. Notification and Claiming of Prizes

• Winner will be notified via registered mail. A third-party courier service may be used to provide tracking and ensure delivery monitoring.

• The winner has sixty (60) days from receipt of the official notification to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited in favor of Bristol Motorcycles with prior approval from DTI.

• To claim the prize, the winner must present the following at the designated Bristol Head Office/Dealership:

  1. The original copy of the Sales Invoice used for the winning entry.

  2. Two (2) valid government-issued IDs with a photo and signature (e.g., Passport, Driver's License, SSS, UMID).

  3. The official notification letter/email sent by Bristol.

• Additional Costs:

  • Motorcycle registration (LTO), comprehensive insurance, and any shipping/logistical costs to transport the prize motorcycle from the designated claiming center to the winner's location shall be shouldered by the winner.
     

6. General Conditions

• Bristol Motorcycles reserves the right to validate the authenticity of the winning Sales Invoice and the identity of the claimant. Any entry that is forged, altered, or tampered with will be automatically disqualified.

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Bristol Motorcycles to use their name, photos, and video footage for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes across print, digital, and social media platforms without additional compensation.

• All personal information collected during the promo period will be handled strictly in accordance with applicable Data Privacy laws and will only be used for the administration of this promotional campaign.
